  Mexican? Other than the name on the building, what is Mexican? I moved here from South Texas, where the REAL Mexican food is just called "food". This ain't Mexican food. The salsa has almost no flavor- including the "hot" salsa. The salsa I make and eat almost every day would probably kill these people. The food- prepare to eat a lot of Velveeta Cheese food product. Inch thick on the Chimichanga that I mistakenly ordered. Otherwise, the Chimichanga consisted of some hamburger meat inside a flour tortilla, with cheese on top. The hamburger wasn't good, even the tortilla tasted stale (and salty).
  The waitstaff is close to the worst I have ever witnessed. I have talked with other people in the area, and there is a reason you can always get seated at Eduardo's, but may wait awhile to get waited on. It's pretty obvious this is a "niche" restaurant that has been there forever and just flat does not care. They don't care about their food, they don't care about their employees- so what are the odds they are going to give a flying ---- about my needs?
